Refund Policy Overview

The Board of HR Certification is committed to providing high-quality professional certification services and maintaining transparency in its policies.

All fees paid for certification programs, assessments, examinations, digital learning materials, credential evaluations, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once registration is completed. This is because access to digital resources, assessment planning, administrative processing, and credential verification begin immediately after enrolment.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:
  • Non-attendance or non-completion of a program
  • Failure to pass an assessment or examination
  • Change of mind after registration
  • Inability to participate due to personal, professional, or technical reasons
Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or verified technical or system errors, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable administrative and processing charges.

Policy Updates

The Board of HR Certification reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on www.hrboard.uk shall prevail.
